Store Promoter

The Store Promoter is responsible for promoting The Organic World’s range of organic, natural, and healthy products by engaging customers, providing product knowledge, driving sales, and ensuring excellent in-store experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage customers proactively within the store
• Educate customers on organic products, benefits, ingredients, sourcing, and certifications
• Promote key SKUs, new launches, seasonal products, and ongoing offers
• Assist customers with product selection based on dietary preferences (organic, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure product displays, shelves, and counters are neat, well-stocked, and attractive
• Conduct product sampling and demonstrations when required
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment
• Maintain basic sales reports and submit feedback on customer preferences
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and brand guidelines

• Basic understanding or interest in organic, natural, and healthy food products
• Ability to explain product benefits confidently
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in shift-based retail operations
• QualificationsMinimum: 10th / 12th pass
• Any experience in retail, FMCG, food, or wellness industry is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Experience0–2 years of experience as a store promoter, sales associate, or retail executive preferred
