Job Description
At 7Spaces Pvt Ltd, we create beautiful, functional, and hassle-free interior spaces for homes, offices, and commercial establishments. From design to execution, we offer complete turnkey interior solutions with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, build relationships, and convert prospects into projects.
Job Role
As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate business opportunities for 7Spaces Pvt Ltd by meeting potential clients, visiting project sites, connecting with channel partners, and converting leads into interior projects.
This is a field-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, and local networking
- Meet homeowners, apartment residents, builders, architects, and commercial property owners
- Visit apartments, gated communities, villas, offices, and commercial spaces to identify prospects
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers
Client Meetings
- Meet clients in person to understand their interior requirements
- Explain 7Spaces Pvt Ltd services and offerings
- Schedule design consultations with the internal design team
- Follow up with clients until closure
Channel Partner Development
- Build relationships with:
- Real estate brokers
- Builders & developers
- Architects
- Civil contractors
- Property consultants
- Generate referrals and business through channel partners
Sales Conversion
- Convert leads into site visits and confirmed projects
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handover
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Market Research
- Track competitor pricing and offers
- Identify local demand trends in interiors
- Suggest new sales opportunities and growth areas
Skills Required
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good local area knowledge of Bangalore
- Confidence in meeting clients directly
- Ability to build relationships and generate referrals
- Basic understanding of interiors / construction / real estate is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good negotiation skills
