Love talking to people and solving problems? MomsMade – India’s largest clean traditional sweet & snacks brand of North India – is hiring a Customer Support who can keep our customers happy and heard ❤️


🛠 What you’ll do:

  • Talk to customers over WhatsApp/calls and solve order-related queries
  • Help people track their orders, solve complaints, and answer questions politely
  • Coordinate with our Manufacturing & Delivery team to resolve issues
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with the team
  • Make sure every customer feels cared for (they’re our priority!)


🎓 Who this is for:

  • Anyone who can talk well, stay calm, and truly help people
  • Fluent in Hindi and basic English & typing
  • Available 6 days a week and okay to work on weekends (timing can be flexible)
  • Prior experience is a plus, but not required
