Job Description

  1. Generate leads, call them and convert them into business customers
  2. Responding to customer queries through email, phone, chat, and social platforms
  3. Providing guidance on baby products like diapers, strollers, toys, cradle, baby clothing, etc.,
  4. Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, size/fit, usage, safety or delivery
  5. Assist customers in placing orders, track delivery shipments and providing delivery updates
  6. Coordinate with logistics to resolve delays, missing packages, or damaged items
  7. Process returns and replacements as per company policy
  8. Evaluate complaints regarding defective or unsafe baby products and escalate appropriately
  9. Work closely with the warehouse, technical support, product development, marketing, and quality teams
