## Job Summary


We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents for international clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional service through voice, chat, or email support channels.


## Key Responsibilities


* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.

* Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, billing, or technical support.

* Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

* Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

* Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

* Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.


## Required Qualifications


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* High school diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.

* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

* Prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
