Job Description
Accounts Executive:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in Tally, GST filing, accounting operations, and training institute administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts, student fee records, GST compliance, billing, and financial documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Maintain student fee records and payment tracking
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reportsManage GST billing,
- GST returns, and tax documentation
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
- Coordinate with management for financial reporting
- Support admission and administrative activities when required
- Maintain accurate accounting files and documentation
- Assist in payroll and vendor payment processing, Voucher handling
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP
- Experience in GST filing and taxation
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- MS Excel and computer proficiency
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle office administration activities
Eligibility Criteria
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / related qualification
1–3 years of experience in Accounts & GST
Freshers with strong Tally and GST knowledge can also apply
Preferred Qualifications
Tally Certification
GST practical experienceKnowledge of invoicing and payroll management
