Woodeco Interiors is a premier manufacturer specializing in high-quality modular kitchens, UPVC windows, and comprehensive interior solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering modern, premium finishes directly to homeowners. We are looking for a driven and highly communicative B2C Field Marketing Executive to act as our brand ambassador on the ground, connecting with new homeowners and generating direct-to-consumer leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Scouting: Conduct daily field visits to newly completed apartment complexes, independent villa layouts, and residential projects across Bengaluru where homeowners are preparing for interiors.
- Direct Consumer Engagement: Initiate conversations with homeowners, understand their interior needs, and effectively present our modular setups and UPVC fixtures.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase product catalogs and physical material samples (such as textured finishes or glass options) to help clients visualize their spaces.
- Local Activations: Set up and manage weekend promotional kiosks at high-potential residential societies and network with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to secure entry.
- Lead Management: Maintain a detailed daily log of site visits, capture homeowner contact information, and follow up to schedule showroom visits or initial site measurements.
- Market Feedback: Gather basic intelligence on what competing carpenters or brands are offering in specific neighborhoods.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2C field sales, direct marketing, or promotional roles (experience in real estate, building materials, or home interiors is a strong advantage).
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle for daily travel.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory to effectively build trust with local homeowners. Knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Highly presentable with a consultative, patient approach to selling. Ability to confidently navigate site security and build instant rapport at the doorstep.
- Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field.
