Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive to manage warehouse property acquisition, leasing, client coordination, and site operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable warehouse spaces, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining client relationships, and supporting warehouse expansion strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source warehouse and industrial properties based on business requirements.
• Coordinate site visits and property evaluations.
• Negotiate lease/rental agreements with landlords and property owners.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and industrial property agents.
• Conduct market research on warehouse rentals, pricing, and locations.
• Prepare property comparison reports and feasibility analyses.
• Handle documentation related to lease agreements, registrations, and compliance.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for approvals and contracts.
• Monitor lease renewals, rent escalations, and property records.
• Support warehouse setup and handover processes.
• Ensure properties comply with local regulations and operational requirements.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate, warehouse leasing, or industrial property management.
• Knowledge of industrial and logistics real estate markets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and property documentation.
• Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings.
