Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Experience)

Job DescriptionTeknik Motors is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, service appointments, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction activities at our Royal Enfield service facility.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and service inquiries.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain workshop bookings.
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop teams for timely updates.
• Conduct post-service feedback and customer satisfaction calls.
• Maintain customer records and CRM data accurately.
• Support customer retention and service reminder campaigns.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
• RequirementsAny Graduate / Diploma Holder.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM systems).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Preferred SkillsTelecalling experience.
• Customer handling and complaint resolution.
• Service industry experience (Automobile preferred).
