Customer Relations Officer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and developing strong customer relationships. The role requires good communication, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily reports and records of customer interactions and assigned activities in the prescribed format.
• Maintain a daily activity diary and ensure all updates are recorded accurately.
• Identify opportunities for appointing and coordinating with channel partners as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.
• Ensure complete and accurate submission of application forms, documents, and required customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders for timely completion of documentation and processes.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents or required information.
• Maintain proper records of customer details, applications, and related documentation.
• Support the development of new customer relationships and business partnerships.
• Explore opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and expand the organization's market presence.
• Ensure all assigned activities are completed within the prescribed process and guidelines.
