Job Description
About the Role: (This position is for Females and Physically Challenged Candidates with Age 30 Above only)
We are looking for a mature, composed, and responsible female candidate (preferably married ) to handle customer relationship management and payment recovery operations. The role requires a balanced approach of politeness and firmness to ensure timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Relations, Sales & Payment Recovery Executive
- Handle customer relationships, enquiries, complaints, and payment coordination professionally.
- Convert incoming leads into customers through tele-calling and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with prospective clients and work towards closing sales/orders.
- Prepare and share quotations, estimations, and proposals with customers.
- Meet customers and prospective clients whenever required.
- Track outstanding payments and ensure timely payment recovery through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain records of customer payments, labour payments, vendor payments, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with field executives, marketing team, accounts, and operations team for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and documentation using MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Communicate effectively in English and local languages (Kannada mandatory; Tamil, Telugu, Hindi preferred).
- Maintain complete confidentiality and secrecy of company business operations, customer data, pricing, and internal information.
- Work with professionalism, discipline, and a customer-focused approach to support business growth and collections.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, basic email handling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customers with patience and maturity
- Good follow-up discipline and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of billing and payment processes
Communication & Language Skills
- Communicate effectively in English and local languages (Kannada is mandatory; Tamil, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
- Maintain a calm, polite, and firm tone during follow-ups
Salary Range:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on the seniority with experience and capability) + Incentives and Bonus will be eligible only after successful completion of 6 months from the joining date.
Working Days & Timing:
- 6 Days a Week
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- We are also open if you want to work from home but this shall be limited to not more than 10 days a month and only after prior approval.
