Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in handling customer queries in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.

Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate customer records, MIS reports, and CRM data.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when required.

Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline 

3–6 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Client Coordination, or Sales Coordination.

Experience in the Manufacturing or Packaging Industry will be preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM software.

Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
