### Job Description

Sahi Saathi Matrimony is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager with Team Lead experience to manage Service Delivery operations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to handle a team while ensuring smooth service delivery for members.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and lead the customer service/service delivery team

* Handle customer queries, escalations, and service-related concerns

* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and member experience

* Monitor team performance and achieve service quality targets

* Guide and support team members in daily operations

* Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships

* Follow up with members regarding matchmaking services and appointments

* Prepare daily reports and track team productivity

* Improve customer engagement and retention

* Ensure smooth service delivery processes and operations

### Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service / Service Delivery / Team Handling

* Team Lead or Managerial experience preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Leadership and problem-solving abilities

* Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills

* Ability to handle customer escalations professionally

* Experience in Matrimony, Customer Support, Sales Support, or Service Industry is an added advantage
