Job Description

Generate gold loan business through field sales and branch activities.

Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned area.

Explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with branch operations for smooth loan processing.

Conduct market visits and promotional activities.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance during loan processing.

Follow up with customers for renewals and repayments.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
