Job Description
Naaz Real Estate Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, connecting with prospective customers, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads.
- Explain project features, pricing, and location advantages to clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Convince customers to schedule and attend site visits.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful site visit management.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and site visit targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate pre-sales is an added advantage.
