Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve resolving member issues, answering queries about services and memberships, and ensuring a smooth, respectful, and efficient experience for users

● Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from members with queries related to profiles, matches, memberships, and other platform features.

● Assist with profile creation, verification, and editing processes.

● Guide users on choosing the right membership plans and upsell premium services if relevant.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complaints related to payments, profiles, matches, etc.

● Maintain detailed records of member interactions in the CRM system.

● Coordinate with internal teams (tech, content, trust & safety) for issue resolution.

● Meet performance targets for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

● Provide empathetic, patient, and respectful communication at all times

● 1–3 years of customer service / call center / support experience

● Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Tamil or Telugu

● Knowledge of Kannada or any South Indian language is a bonus

● Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

● Familiarity with using CRMs, ticketing tools, MS Excel, and chats Education:

● Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)

● Fresher with strong communication skills may be considered Working Conditions
