Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a passionate individual who will own customer queries and complaints management part of our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listening and responding effectively to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Attracting customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times ensuring customer satisfaction
