Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Traya Voice Process


Company: Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 0–5 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 (Freshers) | ₹20,000 (Experienced)

Joining: Immediate


Process: Voice (Inbound & Outbound)


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Provide accurate information and resolve queries

• Maintain call records and update CRM

• Follow process guidelines and quality standards

• Achieve daily targets and ensure customer satisfaction


Eligibility:

• Graduates (Freshers can apply)

• Non-graduates with customer service experience

• Good communication and basic computer skills
