Job Description
- Contact leads received through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and referral sources.
- Generate consultation appointments by engaging potential patients over calls.
- Explain the benefits of hair transplantation, PRP, GFC, and other hair restoration treatments.
- Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate information regarding available treatments.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments with the clinic team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize appointment conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment generation targets.
- Ensure high-quality patient interaction and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with counselors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
Prepare daily reports on calls made, appointments booked, and lead status.
