Job Description

URGENT HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - International Voice Process (INBOUND)

Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru

Salary: 20k - 33k ( 100% Fixed Salary )

Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers Welcome)

SHIFT DETAILS: Rotational Shift + 2 Rotational Week Off


JOB ROLE:

  • Handle inbound calls with international customers
  • Resolve customer issues quickly
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards


REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English communication( B2 )
  • Fresher / Experienced both can apply
