Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (CSE) for leading BPO companies in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, chat, or email, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and quality standards
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Regional languages added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge
Job Details:
Process: Voice / Non-Voice / Blended
Shift: Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Working Days: 5 or 6 days (depending on company)
Week Off: Rotational
