Customer Support Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver a seamless and delightful experience to our customers across channels. This role will be critical in building trust, resolving queries efficiently, and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and product usage
• Provide product guidance and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Manage COD confirmation, order verification, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order tracking and issue resolution
• Maintain timely and accurate responses to all customer interactions
• Record customer feedback and highlight recurring issues to internal teams
• Support retention efforts through proactive communication (restock reminders, feedback collection, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce/D2C)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable handling WhatsApp and CRM tools
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
