Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice process
Location: Electronic city , Bangalore
Salary: Freshers : 31,000 ctc
experienced : 45,000 ctc
Process: International (Amazon voice)
Shift Timings: US shift
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key Responsibilities :Handle customer queries via calls
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Handle US customers
Eligibility Criteria:
- excellent communication skills can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- 1 year of experience in an international process (preferred)( AT&T , Verizon , Telstra , Amazon , Cricket wireless , Dell, Apple , Citibank, Walmart, Talk Talk , British telecom , etc)
- Experience in Voice process
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must have documented experience (if experienced)
