Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Admission Counsellor who can handle cold calling and interact effectively with prospective candidates.


  • Requirements:Good communication skills in English
  • Experience in cold calling / telecalling
  • Sales skills will be preferred
  • Ability to convince and guide prospective students/candidates
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Responsibilities:Calling prospective candidates and explaining course/program details
  • Following up with leads and converting enquiries into admissions
  • Maintaining proper call records and follow-ups
  • Supporting the admissions team in achieving targets
