JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Support Executive at Indian Talent Olympiad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our schools, principals, teachers, parents, and participants. You will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all users of our platform.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

·        Assist participants and parents with registration, payments, and general inquiries about Indian Talent Olympiad competitions and events.

·        Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform, competition submissions, and accessing study materials.

·        Provide guidance and support to users navigating the Indian Talent Olympiad website and online resources.

·        Coordinating with other team members to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated system.

·        Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services.

·        Stay updated on Indian Talent Olympiad policies, competitions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

·        Upon requirements make outbound calls informing about Indian Talent products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        HSC / Bachelor's degree in any field.

·        Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred.

·        Excellent communication skills in English and Other Languages [Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam].

·        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and effectively address customer needs.

·        Proficiency in using email, phone, and chat support tools.

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
