Job Role:

  • Handle inbound customer calls for US banking process
  • Resolve queries efficiently with high accuracy
  • Meet daily SLAs, targets & performance metrics
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality
  • Stay updated with process changes and guidelines
  • Apply feedback to improve performance and avoid repeat issues
