The Role We are seeking a high-energy, empathetic, and persuasive Inside Sales & Customer Experience Specialist. You won’t just be "selling"—you will be guiding prospective customers through their journey, solving their problems, and ensuring they remain happy long after their order arrives.

This role is a blend of consultative sales and proactive support. If you enjoy talking to people, have a knack for closing deals, and take pride in resolving issues, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities-

1. Sales & Lead Conversion,

  • On-Call Consultation: Speak with prospective customers to explain product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Closing Deals: Address customer doubts, handle objections, provide transparent pricing, and confidently close orders during the call.
  • Multichannel Support: Manage and respond to inquiries via WhatsApp Business and our Website Live Chat in a timely and professional manner.


2. Post-Sales & Experience Management

  • Order Coordination: Keep customers updated on their order status, shipping timelines, and delivery schedules.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Experience Ownership: Proactively check in with customers to ensure a premium post-purchase experience, fostering long-term loyalty.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Sales Instinct: Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions and meet sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Live Chat software.
  • Empathy: A "customer-first" mindset with the patience to handle difficult conversations gracefully.
