Customer Support Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all customer communication through Email, Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Social Media DMs.
• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, refunds, products, and subscriptions.
• Manage and monitor the brand's Instagram inbox and comments, ensuring timely engagement.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Prepare customer support reports and track key service metrics.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to communicate professionally over calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram handling and customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Email Management.

Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
