Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice) – TITAN

CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 per annum


Eligibility:

  • PUC or above
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in inbound customer support, email support, or chat support
  • Freshers are not eligible
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Versant Level 4 or equivalent communication skills)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts
  • Female: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
  • Male: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (9-hour shift)
  • One rotational week off

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through semi-voice support
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Record customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company processes and quality standards
