Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer queries related to vehicle sales, servicing, spare parts, warranties, and insurance.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on pending cases.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls after vehicle servicing.
- Explain service packages, maintenance schedules, and company policies to customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
