Sales Associate

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our interior design and execution firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting design and execution solutions, coordinating with the design team, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management, and a passion for interiors and home/office transformation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through referrals, walk-ins, social media, and field networking.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design and execution requirements.
• Explain company services, design process, timelines, and pricing to clients.
• Coordinate with interior designers and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client databases, and sales reports.
• Conduct site visits when required.
• Support negotiations and assist in contract closures.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market competition.
