Job Description
· Cold Calling: Contact new prospects found through targeted Google keyword research and industry directories.
· Retention Sales: Reach out to existing clients nearing their contract expiration to secure service renewals.
· Service Pitching: Politely describe our services, handle objections, and clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Coordinate with BDEs: Review and analyze lead data provided by the BDE team to understand client needs.
- Fix Appointments: Call prospective clients to schedule face-to-face or virtual meetings for the field sales team.
- Inbound Follow-ups: Immediately call active inquiry leads generated from our digital marketing campaigns.
· Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; polite, confident, and professional tone.
· Relationship Building: Proven ability to build quick rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
· Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of using Google Search/Keywords for prospecting and comfort using CRM/Excel databases.
- · Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary passed with a strong track record in sales.
