  • Customer Support Executive – BOAT Process (Freshers)
  • Voice Process Executive – TATA MOTORS (Experienced)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Experience:
  • Freshers can apply (BOAT Process)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/Customer Support (TATA MOTORS)
  • Languages: English + Hindi (Good communication – V5 Quality)

Salary Details

  • BOAT Process: ₹21,000 CTC | ₹17,000 In-Hand (Approx.)
  • TATA MOTORS: ₹27,000 CTC | ₹21,800 In-Hand

Shift Timings

  • Day Shifts Only
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days

  • 6 Days Working
  • 1 Rotational Week Off / Sunday Fixed (depending on process)

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication in English & Hindi
  • Customer handling & problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
