Job Description:
Position: Customer Care Executive (Inbound E-Commerce Domain)
Location: Phase II, Electronics City, Bangalore, Karnataka
Qualification : Minimum 12th Pass with Good English Communication and 6 Months Exp. in BPO or Tele calling Industry
Salary – 23-27K Per Month
Its 5 Days working and Day Shift Job.
Consultant should have good English and Hindi Communication Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer the Customers call and resolve their Queries.
Answering questions about a company’s products or services
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Delivering information about a company’s offerings
Providing proactive customer outreach
Handling customer complaints
