* Has 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support/CRM
* Is fluent in 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥 & 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚 (𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲)
* Goes beyond scripts to build genuine customer relationships
* Takes ownership, communicates with empathy, and thinks proactively
