Job Description
We are Looms Legacy (www.loomslegacy.com), a growing online store selling beautiful lightweight sarees and ethnic wear. We are looking for a responsible and polite person to handle customer chats on WhatsApp and manage orders in Shopify.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Reply to all customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs quickly and professionally
- Answer questions about sarees (fabric, size, blouse, colors, wash care, etc.)
- Convince customers nicely and convert inquiries into orders
- Send payment links and confirm orders
- Update orders in Shopify – status, tracking, cancellations, refunds
- Coordinate with packing team for timely dispatch
- Keep WhatsApp inbox clean and organised
Requirements:
- Good communication in English + Hindi
- Fast typing on mobile and computer
- Patient, polite, and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Willing to learn about sarees and e-commerce
- Ready to come to office daily
