Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in performance

marketing and content creation to manage and optimize paid campaigns. The candidate will

execute lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, monitor performance, and create

high-converting marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Execution

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

• Run and optimize lead generation campaigns (CPL, CTR, conversions)

• Monitor performance and perform daily optimizations

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audiences

• Manage budgets and ensure ROI

• Track campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics

Content Creation

• Write high-converting ad copies and campaign content

• Create content for landing pages, blogs, and social media

• Work with designers on creatives

• Ensure brand and campaign alignment

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns

• Strong copywriting skills

• Data-driven campaign optimization

Preferred Skills

• Google Analytics & conversion tracking

• Basic SEO knowledge

• SaaS/CPaaS/Tech experience is a plus
