Job Description

  • Own the customer experience function as an individual contributor, with end-to-end responsibility and close day-to-day collaboration with the founder
  • Manage a ticket-based support workflow, currently handling approximately 25-30 customer tickets per day
  • Support the transition to a live chat support model, with readiness to operate effectively as customer interaction volumes increase
  • Handle inbound customer support across channels by resolving issues, coordinating with the tech team for escalations, and following up with customers over WhatsApp and phone
  • Conduct outbound customer feedback conversations, including support for calls during the last 1-2 weekends of the month, with compensatory time off provided
  • Communicate fluently in Hindi, given that a majority of customers are Hindi-speaking
  • Go beyond day-to-day support execution by identifying customer patterns and insights, sharing recommendations with leadership, and contributing to product and business strategy decisions
