Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain production planning data accurately in the ERP system
• Create and update production orders, work orders, and daily production reports
• Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, warehouse, and merchandising teams
• Track production status and update ERP on a real-time basis
• Maintain style-wise, size-wise, and order-wise production records
• Prepare daily MIS reports using Excel and ERP data
• Monitor pending entries and ensure timely updates
• Verify data accuracy before submission and reporting
• Generate production planning sheets and follow-up reports
• Support management with accurate production and inventory information
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of production records
• Ensure discipline, confidentiality, and systematic workflow management
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas)
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Good understanding of production planning and garment manufacturing process
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Systematic and organized working style
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Preferred QualificationsGraduate or Diploma holder
• Experience in garment/apparel manufacturing industry preferred
• 1–3 years experience in ERP data entry, production coordination, or planning operations
• Candidates with apparel factory experience will be given preference
