Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Data Entry Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter purchase and sales invoices accurately into the accounting system.
- Maintain records of receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile invoices and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting-related data preparation.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
- Maintain digital and physical filing of accounting records.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts or data entry.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada is an added advantage.
