Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Cum Content Specialist who can bring creativity, content expertise, and digital marketing skills to strengthen our brand presence and promotional activities. The candidate should be capable of handling digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, branding support, and lead generation activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business
• Create engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, website pages, and other promotional materials
• Write attractive captions, marketing copy, and audience-focused content
• Support lead generation activities through digital channels
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, posters, and campaign materials
• Update website and promotional content as needed
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Suggest new ideas and strategies to improve online visibility, reach, and engagement
• Support branding and promotional activities of the organization

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Good knowledge of social media marketing and online promotion strategies
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Strong content writing and communication skills in English
• Ability to create clear, attractive, and meaningful content
• Confident in handling both digital marketing and content-related tasks
• Proactive, creative, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Good coordination and time management skills
• Knowledge of Canva, MS Office, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
