Digital Marketing Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and assign incoming leads to the sales floor from various marketing sources

• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper lead allocation and tracking

• Maintain lead databases and daily reports in Excel

• Monitor lead flow from existing ad campaigns and in-house marketing activities

• Prepare performance reports and marketing MIS

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Create marketing creatives using Canva

• Manage and publish content on Instagram and Facebook

• Use ChatGPT and AI tools for content creation, marketing ideas, and operational efficiency

• Support branding and digital marketing initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills

• Hands-on experience with Canva

• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools

• Basic understanding of Instagram and Facebook management

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills

Preferred Experience :

• 1–3 years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Lead Management, or similar roles

• Experience working with lead distribution, CRM systems, or sales coordination is a plus
