Job Description
Respond promptly to digital inquiries received through the website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and online portals.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Arrange showroom visits and vehicle test drives.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, insurance, and exchange offers.
Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize sales conversions.
Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue growth.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
