Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online growth strategy. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility (SEO), building brand authority on social platforms (SMO), and driving app installations through targeted performance campaigns

Positions: Digital Marketing (SMO, SEO, App campaigning etc.)– Experience Required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- On-Page & Technical: Perform technical audits to fix crawl errors, improve page speed, and implement schema markup.
- Keyword Strategy: Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-intent search terms and optimize existing content.
- Link Building: Develop ethical off-page strategies to acquire high-authority backlinks.
2. Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strategy & Execution: Create and manage a monthly content calendar across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels to engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage brand reputation.
- Growth: Implement strategies to increase organic reach, follower count, and engagement rates.
3. App Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- User Acquisition: Plan and execute Universal App Campaigns (UAC) on Google Ads and App Install ads on Meta.
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize app titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve organic ranking within App Stores.
- Budgeting: Manage monthly spends, track Cost Per Install (CPI), and optimize for high Lifetime Value (LTV) users.
4. Digital Marketing Strategy & Analytics
Campaign Integration: Align SEO, SMO, and paid efforts to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to track KPIs and ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or agency roles.
- Tools Proficiency:
- SEO: SEMrush, Arefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Firebase (for apps).
- Social: Hootsuite, Canva, or Sprout Social.
