Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)
Location: Gunjur, Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 years

Role Overview:
Looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager skilled in lead generation through Meta & Google Ads. Candidate should also support basic creative design and website management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
- Monitor performance (CPL, ROI, conversions) and improve results
- Create/design ad creatives (images, copies, basic videos)
- Handle basic website updates (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Work on landing pages and campaign strategies
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of paid campaigns & lead generation
- Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe)
- Knowledge of website management
Good to Have:
- Experience in real estate marketing (added advantage)
Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools
