We are currently looking to hire an SEO/AEO Manager for our team at Lumos Learning. Please find the key requirements below:
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Bangalore
Budget: 10–15 LPA
Key Requirement:
We are specifically looking for candidates who have strong hands-on experience in AI-driven SEO, including:
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- AI SEO / AI search optimization
The candidate should:
- Have practical experience in optimizing content for AI-driven platforms (not just traditional SEO)
- Be able to demonstrate how content is structured for AI-generated answers
- Have a clear understanding of modern search behavior beyond keyword-based SEO
Note:
We are not looking for purely traditional SEO profiles focused only on backlinks, keyword rankings, or basic on-page/off-page optimization.
