Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (FMCG – Agro Products)
This role is designed for a high-energy professional who doesn't just "sell" but strategically builds a footprint in the B2B,Educational Institutions, Group of hotels, HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sectors. You will be the face of our premium agro-based FMCG line, responsible for turning bulk commodities into branded staples for professional kitchens and industrial buyers.
Core Responsibilities
* Market Penetration & Acquisition: Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including large-scale wholesalers, food processors, and industrial distributors.
* HoReCa Specialist: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value hospitality clients (5-star hotels, restaurant chains, and catering firms).
* Brand Positioning: Execute localized marketing campaigns to differentiate our agro products (e.g., pulses, grains, spices, or oils) based on quality, origin, and reliability.
* Sales Forecasting: Manage monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on high-volume consistency.
* Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated consultant to chefs and procurement managers, ensuring our products meet their specific culinary or manufacturing standards.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, seasonal agro-trends, and supply chain shifts to keep our offerings competitive.
### Candidate Profile
| Requirement |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years of rich, on-ground experience in FMCG (Agro-products preferred). |
| Network | Proven existing database/relationships within the HoReCa and B2B sectors. |
| Skills | Negotiation, consultative selling |
| Mobility | Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for field sales. |
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration |
### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* New Client Acquisition: Number of new B2B/HoReCa accounts opened per quarter.
* Retention Rate: Percentage of repeat orders from the existing portfolio.
* Volume Growth: Total tonnage of agro-products moved month-on-month.
* Collection Efficiency: Ensuring timely payments and maintaining a healthy "Days Sales Outstanding" (DSO) ratio.
