About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to handle and grow the online presence of our candle brand FireStix. The candidate should be capable of increasing brand visibility, generating quality leads, converting leads into customers, and managing complete digital marketing activities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility
Increase brand visibility across digital platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Create strategies to improve online engagement and sales.
Promote products and services through online channels.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate quality leads through digital campaigns.
Follow up and convert leads into customers.
Build customer engagement and retention strategies.
Coordinate with sales/customer support for better conversion.
Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Grow followers and improve audience engagement.
Respond to customer queries and messages online.
Paid Advertising
Run and optimize digital ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube.
Monitor ad performance and ROI.
Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Promotions & Events
Organize promotional campaigns and marketing events.
Coordinate product launches, seasonal offers, and festival promotions.
Support offline branding and promotional activities when required.
Market Research & Analytics
Analyze market trends and customer behavior.
Study competitors and suggest growth strategies.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and sales growth.
Track website/social media analytics and suggest improvements.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of Digital Marketing
Social Media Management Skills
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion Knowledge
Paid Ads Handling Experience
Creative Content & Basic Designing Skills
Communication & Customer Handling Skills
Analytical and Market Research Ability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce preferred.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, SEO, and social media tools is an added advantage.
Freshers with strong creative and marketing skills may also apply.
