Laksha Care Clinic is a fast-growing multi-speciality healthcare brand offering Dental, Skin & Hair treatments under one roof. We are redefining neighbourhood healthcare through expert doctors, modern clinical technology, and a strong patient-first experience. As we scale our digital presence across Bengaluru, we are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can run high-converting paid campaigns, manage our social presence, and consistently deliver qualified leads that turn into clinic appointments.
Role Overview
This is a performance-first digital marketing role. Your primary mandate is to plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns that generate high-intent, qualified leads for Laksha Care Clinic's Dental, Skin & Hair services. Beyond paid media, you will own our social media pages and Google My Business presence - ensuring the clinic is visible, credible, and conversion-ready across every digital touchpoint.
If you understand the difference between a lead and a conversion, know how to bring down CPL without killing quality, and can independently manage campaigns end-to-end - this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing - Meta & Google Ads (Core Focus)
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Call-Only, P-Max, Display, Retargeting)
- Build and manage Meta Lead Gen campaigns, WhatsApp click-to-chat ads, and Google Local campaigns targeted within a 5–10 km hyperlocal radius
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing of creatives and copy to improve lead quality and reduce CPL
- Set up and manage conversion tracking via GA4 and GTM; ensure accurate attribution of leads to campaigns
- Monitor and report on key metrics weekly: CPL, CTR, ROAS, lead quality score, and appointment conversion rate
- Manage ad budgets efficiently - scaling what works, pausing what doesn't
2. Lead Quality & Conversion Coordination
- Work closely with the front desk and clinic team to track lead-to-appointment conversion rates
- Identify drop-off points in the funnel and optimise ad targeting, landing pages, or CTA strategies accordingly
- Ensure leads captured via forms, WhatsApp, and calls are clean, relevant, and actionable
3. Social Media Management
- Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create or brief engaging content - reels, carousels, static posts, stories - aligned with clinic specialities (Dental, Skin, Hair)
- Write captions, hooks, and copy that reflect the clinic's tone: credible, approachable, and patient-first
- Track page performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on engagement and reach data
4. Google My Business (GMB) Management
- Own and actively manage the clinic's GMB profile - posts, offers, photos, Q&A, and service listings
- Monitor and respond to patient reviews professionally and promptly
- Optimise GMB for local search visibility to drive walk-ins and direction requests
- Track GMB insights: search impressions, calls, and direction clicks
5. Basic Content & Creative Support
- Write short-form copy for ad creatives, landing pages, and social posts
- Coordinate with the design team (or create independently using Canva) for ad visuals and social creatives
- Support in scripting short video content for reels, doctor explainers, and patient testimonial formats when needed
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads independently - not just boosting posts
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation
- Comfortable with data: able to read campaign dashboards, spot problems, and act fast
- Solid content sensibility - knows what works on Instagram vs. Google vs. GMB
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without hand-holding
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Certificate in digital marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing - Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory; portfolio or campaign results preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing social media pages for a brand (not just personal accounts)
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, clinic, or D2C brands is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Google My Business
- Working knowledge of Canva for basic creative execution; video editing (CapCut/VN) is a plus
- Fluency in English; Kannada/Hindi is an advantage
