Job Description
ob Summary:
The Dining Ambassador is responsible for delivering an excellent dining experience to guests by ensuring high-quality service, effective communication, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Basic English communication skills
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Positive attitude and team player
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner
Assist guests with seating arrangements
Explain menu items and take accurate orders
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Handle guest complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
